Coffee by Redemption Roasters, simple seasonal food, and rotating weekly builds. Everything is designed to be consistent, quick to run, and good enough to come back for.
Breakfast (until 11:30)
Signature bakes and breakfast builds, including:
- The Hendo Loop – sourdough croissant with Yorkshire cheddar and Henderson’s Relish
- Breakfast rolls with smoked sausage or bacon and soft egg
- Seasonal eggs on sourdough
Fresh bakery items daily.
Lunch (from 11:30)
Smoked builds and rotating bowls:
- The Cutler – smoked meat, cheese, slaw and sauce on sourdough
- The Headliner (vegan) – smoked couscous, cauliflower, greens and sesame dressing
- Charred greens & smoked grain salad
- Weekly hot bowl and special

The Studio (12 to 25 people)
Flexible space designed for real progress
The Studio is the working heart of Discovery. A bright, adaptable room built for meetings, workshops, training, and private dining. From boardroom strategy in the morning to workshops in the afternoon and social sessions in the evening, the space adjusts to your agenda.

The Floor (50 to 100 people)
Large-scale event space with energy and flexibility
The Floor is Discovery’s open event venue, perfect for corporate events, launches, talks, networking, and celebrations. Split it for smaller events or open it fully for up to 100 guests. Designed to feel industrial and modern without being cold.
